- Reservation and Payment:
- Reservations can be made online through our website or by contacting our reservations team directly.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
- Accepted methods of payment include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments.
- Cancellation Policy:
- a 50% refund of the total amount paid by the cancelation date if they cancel at least four weeks before check-in.
- a 25% refund of the total amount paid by the cancelation date if they cancel at least two weeks before check-in.
- Check-in and Check-out:
- Check-in time is from 10:00 pm, and check-out time is by 10:00am
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Occupancy:
The maximum occupancy for each accommodation type is as follows:
- Family House: Up to 6 people
- Loft House: Up to 2 people
- Treehouse: Up to 2 people
Additional guests beyond the stated occupancy may not be accommodated without prior approval and may incur additional charges.
- House Rules:
- Guests are expected to respect the property and its surroundings, including noise levels and cleanliness.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Designated smoking areas may be available outdoors.
- Pets are generally not allowed, unless prior arrangements have been made with management.
- Liability:
- I Villas is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings during their stay.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay, and may be charged for repairs or replacements.
